Upon receiving the Fund’s handovers in an excel format. ICTS will require 7 working days to load the data into our various databases in order for the tracing exercise to begin.
Invariably we will start to see positive results within a matter of days from importing the data that exceeds far and beyond the industry norm. The synergy that is in place between our various departments allows ICTS the success rates and ensures that each and every client’s needs are continuously met.
We have the ability to extract reports that range from an overview of the tracing exercise, to a full in-depth report that allows the Fund the opportunity to track the progress of each former member from the start to the completion of the tracing exercise. These reports will be sent to the Funds on a monthly basis however they can be retrieved at a moment’s notice with sufficient time being given.
