Why have I been contacted by ICTS Tracing Services?
Your previous retirement fund is looking for you in order to possibly pay you some arrear monies that may be due to you – either you left some money behind in the fund or the fund is making payments in terms of a surplus apportionment exercise. Your fund has outsourced the job of finding you to ICTS Tracing Services who will return your contact information or payment information to the fund for payment.

How long will it take before I get my money?
That depends on the exercise the fund is working through. But it shouldn’t take longer than 6 months.

How much money will I be getting?
ICTS Tracing Services does not have this information – we are simply required to locate you and forward these contact details (together with a completed pack of documents) to your previous fund for payment. If you would like to know the exact amount to which you may be due, please contact your previous fund – whose name is mentioned in the pack of information you received from us.

Is my information safe with ICTS Tracing Services?
We assure you that any information that you provide us in the pack of documents we have sent you is completely confidential and only for the use of your previous fund.
